The purpose of the meeting will be to hold the following public hearing: Pursuant to State of Wisconsin Statutes Section 66.1001, to consider a proposal to amend the text and proposed land use map of the Land Use Plan of the Village of Dousman (a/k/a Comprehensive Plan), in accordance with a request from Mark Strautman, Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, for potential future development of the subject properties included within the amendment area, generally relating to properties north of Highway 18 and west of Highway 67.    Specifically, the amendments involve the following: Creation of a new land use classification of Planned Mixed Use that would enable coordinated unified development projects which may include a designed combination of light industrial, commercial, institutional, park and residential uses.
